Should I eat more goat and sheep meat?

For the past few days, I am contemplating if I will buy more of lamb or goat meat because of the upcoming winter here in Japan. Well, only specific stores sell goat and lamb meat here, but it's worth it. Why? Before I show you the benefits of both meats, look. Beef, pork and chicken have a lot of cholesterol and fat within, so I may not burn up calories during the winter. And, both lamb and goat meat have lower fat and a good source of protein for calorie-conscious people like me.

Goat meat(https://www.livestrong.com/article/367559-is-goat-meat-healthy/):

Nutritional Values
The nutritional value of goat meat depends primarily on the way it is prepared and how big the serving size is. A 4 oz. cooked serving of goat meat has 124 calories. There are 2.6 grams of fat, 0.8 grams of saturated fat, 25 grams of protein and 64 mg of cholesterol in this serving.

Comparisons
Goat meat is lower in fat than chicken, but higher in protein than beef. Goat meat outshines traditional meat sources in most areas: it's lower in calories, total fat, saturated fat and cholesterol. The low levels of saturated fat and cholesterol, combined with its high iron and protein content, make goat meat a good choice for anyone looking for a healthy red meat. It's a leaner, healthier choice when compared to equal serving sizes of chicken, beef and pork.

 Comparisons:

Lamb has more nutrients than beef and chicken, less fat and easy to eat and digest. Well, let's say beef is always processed and it may affect the nutrients, as well as organic food issues.

There you have it. Now, I may say meeh-meeh instead of moo-moo for the winter days to come, and I may not get fat because lamb or goat meat has less fat within!
