Goran Mrđa, Milorad Mrđa, and Mile Kokot are the defendants who have been found guilty, Beta reported.
Ranko Mrđa has been acquitted of all charges, RTRS said on Tuesday.
Goran Mrđa was sentenced to 14 years in prison for the murder of Hasib Velić, and for rape, and other inhumane acts, while Milorad Mrđa was sentenced to eight years for a rape committed in the area of the Sanski Most municipality.
The ruling, which is not final, awarded the victim 20,000 marks in damages, to be paid by Goran and Milorad Mrđa.
Mile Kokot was sentenced to ten years for the murder of Tahir Cerić.
The ruling can be appealed before the Court of Appeals of the Court of Bosnia-Herzegovina.
While Ante Gotovina and Ramush Haradinaj are free, these 3 Serbs will go to jail, protecting themselves against Wannabe KEBABs, and still gets jailed.
One specific ICTY judge named Alan Tieger wants the persecuted General Ratko Mladić to get a life sentence on the closing remarks during closing arguments session on Tuesday. It seems to me that the ICTY is nothing more than a Kangaroo court. KANGAROO COURT!! I am sick of the Serbophobia that is happening and targeting the Serbian people not because they committed an actual genocide but they are always the fall guys of the corrupt Western Dictators of the EU/NATO coalition! Just because Serbs are strong Christians, they are persecuted. I get it!!!

Am I wrong? NO! He is being incarcerated for the fact he is a Serb, not because he killed people in Srebrenica. The ICTY never looked to the fact that Alija Izetbegović sacrificed his people just for international bombardment of the Bosnian Serbs.

The referendum of Republika Srpska for independence won't just face some verbal opposition from Croatia but another impending war, which was uncovered by the Serbian news site "vesti-online" through excellent insiders and informers. Ethnic cleansing and of course, a base to invade Serbia. It's too obvious the so-called "democratic" European Union/Evropska Unija turns a blind eye on Croatia's current actions but only looks on Serbian nationalists as scapegoats.

Maybe, it's the time all Serbs around the world pour into the Balkans and take their lands back from the colonialist Croats or Bosniaks, who are ungrateful for what the Serbs did for the freedom of the Balkans. Sharing time is over! It's also time for Milorad Dodik to not just preside a referendum to secede from the Globalist Bosna i Hercegovina but to reunite with Srbija proper. The Serbs have no choice, they need to unite.

If not Dodik, Vojislav Šešelj must take the lead to kick out the so-called Regressive Liberals like Aleksandar Vučić or the lobističari like Jelena Milić. Serbs being attacked or threatened, must unite or they will see even Republika Srpska cease to exist as a protection state against the Globalists, Kebabists, Islamists, Gays, Feminists and anti-Christians that want to invade and bring more filth into the Balkans!
Milorad Dodik: "Izetbegović wants unitary Shariah state in Bosnia"
Milo was formerly accused by Bakir Izetbegović of trying to secede Republika Srpska from Bosna i Hercegovina through the pen and not the sword, which for me is the right thing since Bakir is never known to support equal rights to all in Bosna itself.
Being the President of RS and protecting the Serbs who chose to stay in Bosna:
"At the heart of everything is the conflict and the fight against unitarization represented by Bakir Izetbegović. I am very glad if he thinks I halted that. Had the project of Bakir Izetbegović and his father passed, it would not have been good for anyone here, Bosniaks included," Dodik said.
What he said was, accurately right since Bošnjaci were also sacrificed during the time of Alija's rampage. You know what I mean: sacrificing Srebrenica for his own interests.
Kudos to Milorad Dodik for continuing to spread the truth and unlike his fellow Serbs(Vučić, Dačić and others), he wil never let his territory shrink more because of outside interference.

Things that you propose affect integrity of Yugoslavia, and the
integrity of Yugoslavia can be altered only in the federal parliament,
I'm not sure even of that, but it can be in the federal parliament and
other federal institutions.
Many plans get mixed here. You referred to the constitution and the laws
when it suits you; and when it doesn't suit you, you come out with
political proclamations. Serbs in Bosnia-Herzegovina can prevent Croats
and Muslims, if necessary, from getting out of Yugoslavia, but we will
not prevent you. We will not do that because we are a sovereign people.
Gentleman, I did not come here as a god of war, which is how somebody
from the Croatian Democratic Party named me, but I want to repeat, for
the hundredth time, that the Serbian Democratic Party does not create
the will of the Serbian people. It interprets it. We would lie to you if
we said that you can adopt this and that you can do something with this
in Europe.
Gentlemen from the SDA, for the last three months we've been talking
about other rights. We are talking freely and openly about a different
way of organising Bosnia and Herzegovina, where some kind of a
three-tier approach will enable Bosnia to stay united and Serbs, Muslims
and Croats to stay in Yugoslavia for as long as they want to. This is a
three-tier solution where the sovereignty of the peoples, as Mr.
Bjelobrk correctly said, would be exercised not only at the level of the
republic and the federal state but also in autonomous provinces.
If you don't want this, we could agree with you leaving Yugoslavia by
means of a plebiscite, but we shall use the same mechanism to prevent
you from taking us out of Yugoslavia. We do not mind if you submit an
initiative to change the constitution of Bosnia-Herzegovina. But you
cannot do it this way. It has to be done through the constitutional
commission, civil council of citizens which is where we would then vote.
I'm trying to tell you, in the calmest way possible, the Serbian people
know what they want. You want to tell the people in The Hague that this
is a third or fourth republic that does not want to live in Yugoslavia,
but you cannot do that because we want to live in Yugoslavia.
You can say that in your name. All the sovereign people in Bosnia can
only speak for themselves. They cannot speak for other peoples. We have
reached that conclusion in this parliament. Before the national and
international public, we will prevent you from committing violence,
constitutional violence against Serbs because the constitutional
violence breeds all other kinds of violence. We will not be in control
anymore.
This has been repeated here a hundred times. We will no longer be in
control if we get into a situation where Croatia and Slovenia are,
especially Croatia. The hell would be a thousand times worse in
Bosnia-Herzegovina. There would be no way to stop it.
I ask you once again, I am not threatening, I am pleading that you take
seriously the political will of the Serbian people represented here
today, the Serbian Democratic Party, the Serbian Renewal Movement and
some Serbs from the other parties represent. I plead with you to fully
understand that what you are doing is not good. The road that you are
choosing for Bosnia and Herzegovina is the same highway to hell and
suffering that Slovenia and Croatia have already taken. Do not think
that you will not take Bosnia and Herzegovina to hell and the Muslim
people maybe into extinction, because if there is a war, the Muslim
people will not be able to defend themselves.
Please, these are big statements, but serious situations demand big
statements. How are you going to prevent people in Bosnia and
Herzegovina from killing each other? How can the war in Croatia be
prevented, especially in areas where Serbs and Croats live together and
where their political wills have clashed without adhering to the legal
framework which is the only way to resolve."
We have to prevent chaos from setting in. We can introduce order. We have it in our hands. But we cannot manage chaos.
This one quote makes me thin twice about what people outside of the Serbian people knew is this:
"Do not think
that you will not take Bosnia and Herzegovina to hell and the Muslim
people maybe into extinction, because if there is a war, the Muslim
people will not be able to defend themselves."
It only means that he is not trying to wipe out the whole Bošnjaci population but just made a point that those extreme elements in Bosna that time will do it. Don't tell me i will invoke the evil Alija Izetbegović's persona but what he did by sacrificing Srebrenica before the advance of Gen. Ratko Mladić is what the misfortune of Bošnjaci cannot defend themselves and the words of Dr. Karadžić very true.
