My Palestinian Referendum opinion

The violence in Palestine continues. Israel  is rampaging on the civilians. Hamas attacks. The Israeli Army is destroying everything. So that there would be peace(even a false one), their should be a referendum of all sorts. I will mention it.

option A: Total independence
Palestinian voters who decide this will follow the conditions. First, dismantle Hamas and other militant groups. Second, accept foreign aid and reconstruction by all countries. Third, make sure no racism is taking part. Fourth, emancipate everyone and improve the economy. Fifth, if all conditions were met within 6 years, indepepndence is finally achieved amd that the Palestinian state will not be a burden to the world.

option B: merger with Jordan
Why i mentioned this? Jordan is just one step away and has a relaxed government amd somehow, peaceful. Imagine a poor man's Lebanon. The condition 1 will be applied here and Palestinians could be an autonomous state that would rely on Jordan only in currency and in external affairs.

option C: remain in Israel
This is the most difficult one. But there would be conditions as well. Aside from condition 1, Palestine would be an effective autonomous state. In that sense, it would have its own independent internal affairs, own education system, united economy with Israel and a judiciary system by a joint Israeli-Palestinian unique system. Israeli settlers should coexist with the Palestinian natives and so Palestinians respect them. If the Israelis can't and make a racist remark, return them in Israel. If the Palestinian makes one, 3 year sentence and probation.

With my views shown, can the Palestinian decide for their future?
