Once again, Srbija is the oddsmakers' favorite. Setting an example by trashing Brasil by the score of 84-56.
Miloš Teodosić lead Srbija with his 23 poena(3/5 3pt and a perfect 10/10 from the charity stripe). Bogdan Bogdanović who scored 12 poena has that in your face from way downtown in the 4th, that sums up their hunger for the gold.
For the Brazilians, Anderson Varejao led with 12 poena and 9 skokova but miss six of his 10 shots while Tiago Splitter was somehow an afterthough with 3 poena and 8 skokova while Nene got only 4p and 4sk while being hounded by Srbija's Nenad Krstić, Miroslav Raduljica, Vladimir Štimac and everyone, displaying great team defense and that hunger to win their last few games.
It shows that no matter how many NBA players you have on your national team, it is the international experience(Raduljica, Bogdanović, Teodosić, Bjelica, Marković, Krstić have FIBA experience) that will stand out than overhyped players that will not be playing all their heara for their country.
