Hashim Thaci is trying to prove that Kosovo can be a part of UN General Assembly by being assertive on Russia. Hell they don't know what would happen even they impose sanctions.

"Adviser to the minister of foreign affairs Bashmir Xhemaj has said that the government and the ministry have coordinated and analyzed the possibility of introducing sanctions against Russia as our partners the United States and the EU have done," the report said.
"We have taken all the measures and legal preparations and all that is left is for the government to effect the decision," Xhemaj was quoted as saying.
We can now laugh on what America and EU is doing best. Making a country that is not a country and terrorists as their own leaders.
