Mit. Amfilohije vs IZDAJNICI

To one of the biggest news in Srbija now, looks to me that the Izdajnici in Beograd may target the Serbian Orthodox Church, just like the traitors in Greece targeting the Church of Greece. Recently, Mitropolit Amfilohije's remarks that Peder Predesdnik Aleksandar Vučić may(not may, but he is!!!!) sell Kosovo and Metohija for EU membership.

With that statement, he got the worst comments from Nikola Selaković, which he said about the Metropolitan:

“engaging in sorcery.”

Well, that's coming from someone who's party name is the Serbian Progressive Party; but for me it is the Serbian Regressive Party!

Beta reported that Metropolitan Amfilohije spoke on Tuesday for the website In4S to say he “hoped President Vučić is not among those ready to renounce history, traditions, and the nation’s greatest values.”

Just remember, when you remove your heart, you don't live anymore. Serbia is living now on an artificial heart, but it will be revived faster when Kosovo be returned. 

Lazardan

Jun 28, one of the most holy and patriotic day in Serbia. To those who don't know how Prince Lazar became a saint, I'll be glad to tell.

Lazar is said to have been visited the night before battle by a grey hawk or falcon from Jerusalem who offered a choice between an earthly kingdom—implying victory at the Battle of Kosovo—or a heavenly kingdom—which would come as the result of a peaceful capitulation or bloody defeat. "...the Prophet Elijah then appeared as a gray falcon to Lazar, bearing a letter from the Mother of God that told him the choice was between holding an earthly kingdom and entering the kingdom of heaven..."

Of course, Prince Lazar opted for the heavenly kingdom, "We die with Christ, to live forever”, he told his soldiers. That Kosovo's declaration and testament is regarded as a covenant which the Serb people made with God and sealed with the blood of martyrs. Since then all Serbs faithful to that Testament regard themselves as the people of God, Christ's New Testament nation, heavenly Serbia, part of God's New Israel. This is why Serbs sometimes refer to themselves as the people of Heaven.

In Kosovo alone, the blood of the Serb soldiers still remains and through the recovered relics of Prince Lazar has miracles, he was canonized by the Srpska Pravoslavna Crkva and his feast day falls on June 28(June 15 on the Old Calendar). His headless incorrupt body are inside Manastir Ravanica.

Ever since my conversion in 2015 and starting to celebrate Lazardan by 2016, I feel God is near me, protecting me from every attacks of the devil and brings me more closer to God and his church. I feel more strong emotionally and it's my strength. God is with us, never forget him and the saints that fought for an heavenly kingdom than an earthly kingdom like Saint Prince Lazar.

SPC churches in Hrvatska attacked

How far these attacks on Serbian Orthodox Churches in Croatia(Srpska Pravoslavna Crkvi u Hrvatskoj) will go??!?!?!?

The statement of the Serbian Orthodox Church said that in the night between March 20 and 21 rioters desecrated the Orthodox Churches and broke into the church of Saint Đorđe in Kričke and St. Jovan Krstitelj in Miočić, near Drniš in Croatia.

It should be noted that this act was against Orthodox believers, so the efforts of the police in Drniš to discover the perpetrators have not yet yielded the expected results.

– Every Christian should condemn the repeated acts of vandalism and, to do everything possible to respect his freedom gifted from God and respect religious orthodox feelings in Drniš area – said the statement of Diocese of Dalmatia.

Vandals didn’t rob the orthodox shrines nor desecrated the icons or the items of the churches, and as the statement said, the question emerges of the motive of unknown ravagers.
– We will continue the fast in prayer and peace before the greatest Christian holiday and we will pray to the Lord to reason the ravagers and to guide them to Christian virtues, to finally stop desecrating our shrines – said in this eparchy.

What the Diocese of Dalmacija mentioned that every Christian should condemn acts of vandalism against a church, it won't happen. Let's be real. While in Srbija, the Katoličko Crkva is not being persecuted even by the most radical of Srbi, the churches in Hrvatska under the SPC, and under the so-called religious tolerant EU are being desecrated, just like churches in Kosovo.

There's clearly: a Double-Standard when it comes to Christians that protect the ancient faith against those who moved away from God's teachings. That's my opinion, and if that offends you, face it!

Serbophobia is being ignored by the world

Two news from B92 that made me so annoyed on the mainstream media. It is just some of the things I will fight til I breathe. One in Sarajevo and in the occupied province of Kosovo.

A Serbian Orthodox Church in Novo Sarajevo named "Church of the Holy Transfiguration" was set on fire this weekened and the Sarajevo police arrested a man suspected of throwing a substance to set the church on fire. But I doubt the man will serve charges if he is indeed the suspect because he is not a Serb and he will be set free or serve little period in jail. This is just one of the Serbophobia cases I saw just this night.

In Kosovo, a billboard was set up in the Serbian village of Mušutište by the Albanian colonialists to incite hatred and discourage the Serbs to return to their homes. And the world never gave a freakin' damn! The Serbs even reported it to the colonialist office but don't expect an immediate answer. They are the colonialists and the Serbs are jailed in their own backyard, ignored mostly by the ignorant world.

While the world says Trump and Putin are bad guys and Obama is doing a great job, guess what how the people they treated badly are doing in their own backyard? Time will tell if Serbia will kick out the Izdajnici in Beograd and take their beloved country back!

My thoughts on the Pan Orthodox Council

As the number of Orthodox Churches attending the Pan Orthodox Council drops, I ponder what is the actual mission of the said council or why is it being a concern to all Orthodox Christians?

The Pan-Orthodox Council, officially referred to as the Holy and Great Council of the Orthodox Church, is a planned synod of the bishops of all the universally recognised autocephalous local (national) churches of Eastern Orthodox Christianity, to be held in Crete, Greece, in June 2016. The Council, after decades of preparations that had begun in 1961, is being convened to address the problems within the Orthodox Christianity, which have appeared since the beginning of the 20th century, ranging from the relations between the different autocephalous (independent) Orthodox Churches and the organisation of church life outside of the traditional territories of these Churches to moral and ethical issues. Some of the most contentious issues that have failed to be resolved in advance during the consultations, such as the issue of common calendar and diptychs, have been struck off the original agenda elaborated in 1976. All approved documents of the Council are to be published.

But wait, what are the churches currently not participating and why?

Bulgaria-The Pan-Orthodox Council has been planned as the first such gathering in about 1000 years, but has been beset by controversies – one of the most significant ones being the fact that it is being held in Crete, not in Istanbul, seat of the Ecumenical Patriarch. The move was made under Russian pressure because of the tensions between Moscow and Ankara. The Bulgarian Orthodox Church, where senior figures are strongly influenced by their Russian Orthodox co-religionist church figures, said that it would not participate if Bulgarian proposals for “thematic and organisational changes” to the planned council were not taken account of and respected.


 Antioch-The reasons for their withdrawal is very long but I took one paragraph and this is their main point.
If the Council convenes whilst two Apostolic Churches are not in communion with each other, this means that participation in the synodical sessions is possible without taking part in the Holy Eucharist, which deprives the Council of its ecclesiological character and grants it an administrative quality, contradictory to the steadfast Orthodox synodical tradition.

Serbia-
1. the dissatisfaction and critical remarks of certain local Churches in regard to particular texts, prepared in the pre-Synodal period;
2. the irrevocable decision of the Patriarchates of Antiochia and Bulgaria to refrain from participating in the Synod;
3. The territorial disputes between Jerusalem and Antioch, Serbia and Romania
4. the unwillingness from our Mother Church of Constantinople to have at least one of the proposals of our Church (such as the discussion on autocephaly, right of bishops to vote at the Synod, on regarding the synods from the ninth and fourteenth centuries as ecumenical already, in the consciousness and practice of the Orthodox Church, and some others, perhaps less significant) included into the thematic agenda of the Synod, and, as long as we remain obligated by the standpoints of the Holy Assembly of Bishops of our Church, officially formulated two years ago.

Russia-"He was to be in Crete these days, but under the circumstances when Churches are one after another refusing to attend the Pan-Orthodox Council, there isn’t much point to us taking part in work to draft the message from just several Churches," the source said.

Regardless of it will happen or not, I hope no further schism will occur but the solutions to the problems that Orthodox Christianity is facing now. We are Orthodox Christians, we are not to be divided by just small disputes. We drink on the same cup and we stood firm to the Seven Ecumenical Councils.

Je Suis Srbija

For more than 5 years, my sympathy to Serbia/Srbija is intact and never withered whether I was with my family or even when I have the freedom all in my hands. It's safe to say the Serbs got challenged a lot this time around. Having nothing but faith and resiliency, I know they can regain Kosovo, economic power and regional prestige once their own freedom from Western backed politicians and internal problems will be gone.

I fell in love with this country in search of my self too. I took the name Lazar as my baptismal name in honor of the saint-prince of Serbia, Saint Prince Lazar Hrebeljanović. I currently own a Serbian flag and I am proud of it. It just shows how Serbia still has friends besides the Russians and other foreigners from other countries. I am not Serbian, I am Filipino-Japanese but my blog is also for the revival of the Serbian nation as a whole.

I saw the Serbs' resiliency starting from their foundation as Serbs, resisting Catholicism thanks to St. Sava, the expansion under Emperor Dušan the mighty, the sacrifice of Prince Lazar in Kosovo, the Turkish domination and migration to other lands, two World Wars where Serbs lost their lives, the communist rule, the Yugoslav wars and the continuing resistance to Westernization and finding Russia as a big brother.

With all said, I know that Serbia can become a regional power once it becomes independent again and retakes Kosovo. It's God's will to test the Serbs as a nation and their undying faith to God and the Orthodox Church, which Serbs are continuing to adhere despite waves of persecution.

Ravanica

Ravanica (Serbian Cyrillic: Раваница) is a Serbian Orthodox monastery on Kučaj mountains near Ćuprija in Central Serbia. It was built in 1375–1377 as an endowment of prince Lazar of Serbia, who is buried there. The Ravanica church is called the birthplace of the new artistic movement "Morava school" because of architectural and artistic features. It is original blend of the Mount Athos and the cross-in-square five-domed model that became standard in the time of King Milutin.

I want to go here in the mere future with my future wife. It is one honor for me to visit here. Of course i choose the name Lazar when i would be baptized in the future. I saw in this saint that he desired a heavenly kingdom than an earthly one. No one can make that desire but in our small ways, we can.

For example, i desire to have a heavenly family and even if i am not that of an angel, i will make that promise of teaching my wife and children what a true and happy family would mean. I may be idealistic but no one can deny this heavenly promise. It makes me think more of my desire to achieve what God really taught us. Humans do make mistakes but those who desire a happy family and a true Christian one would mean God is with us through every hardships we experienced.

Mučenik Vukašin-Ono šta nas je učno

Our father among the saints, Vukašin of Klepci (in Serbian: Свети Вукашин из Клепаца), was a Serbian Orthodox Christian from Herzegovina who was martyred by fascists during World War II for refusing to acknowledge the Ustashi leader. He is remembered on May 16 under the new calendar.

Little is known about the life of Saint Vukašin. He was born in the village of Klepci, in Herzegovina, at the turn of the nineteenth/twentieth century. He was from a well known family of Mandrapa and moved from Klepci to Sarajevo. His family was known as benefactors of the church of Archangels Michael and Gabriel in Sarajevo. He and his nephews Chedo and Dobro were serving as readers at this church. At the beginning of World War II, he fled from Sarajevo back to Klepci and was hiding from fascists until the members of the Croatian fascist Ustašas arrested him and transported him, together with other Serbs of that region, into the notorious concentration camp of Jasenovac (the number of victims at this camp have been estimated to be at least 700,000). His martyrdom was revealed by doctor Nedelko Nedo Zets in 1946. Many relatives of Vukašin were also killed, including his nephews who died in Jasenovac.

One night in January of 1943, 3000 people were sent to death. Four Ustashe`s soldiers (their names were Petro Brzitza, Zrinushich, Shipka and Zhila) decided to kill people on a bet and compete who will kill most. During the night, one of the killers, lieutenant Josep Friganovich with nickname Zhila, signifincantly surpassed the others killing 1100 people in several hours while others killed 300-400. He felt an ecstasy, a special enthusiasm from the killing. When Zhila saw Vukašin, he was stroke by his calmness, the ecstasy disappeared and for several seconds he could not even move. 

Zhila approached Vukašin and asked about his life, his family and felt an irresistible desire to destroy the calmness of Vukašin. The killer said that he would spare his (Vukašin's) life if Vukašin cried loudly: "Long live Pavelic!". Ante Pavelic was the leader of Ustashe movement and Independent State of Croatia - a Nazi puppet state. Vukašin, who saw a knife in the hands of the soldier, replied calmly: "My child, you do what you must", and refused to obey the soldier`s request. The Ustashe soldier brandished his knife and cut off Vukašin`s ear. The soldier then repeated his request. Vukašin repeated his answer. The soldier then cut off Vukašin's other ear, followed by his nose, and then scarred Vukašin`s face. Next his tongue was cut. After repeating the request to Vukašin to utter the vicious words and hail the Head of Ustaše (Ante Pavelic), Vukašin once again calmly replied: "My child, you do what you must". In the end, Vukašin made the sign of the Cross with his hand. Distracted, the soldier cut his hand and eventually killed him and afterwards went mad.

Right after the death of Vukašin, Zhila could not kill any more and lost the bet to another killer, Petro Brzitza, who executed 1350 people. Zhila often started to see a vision of Vukašin saying "My child, you do what you must". And this phrase in the head became so unbearable that Zhila started to drink a lot of alcohol, but this did not stop the voice. And then he began running around and attacking random people trying to stop this nightmare and suppress this memory. The story of martyrdom of Vukašin was written by doctor Nedo Zets in the hospital from the words of the killer.

From his sacrifice for us, one thing he taught us and those that knew of his martyrdom. Calmness. I wish i have that power. Through my age i cannot have that power. But i know one day, i can be calm, mature and willing to face death anytime, for Christ's sake.

Jednostavnost Patrijarh Pavle +++

If you saw photos comparing the Pope's automobile to Patrijarh Pavle's simplicity, please see it. You will know a true religious leader who would rather be simple in a few yet many ways than someone who tells everyone that he is just a religious man but he is also commanding politics countries.

Many Serbs though if Patrijarh Pavle could be a saint in the future, may God guide us all.

Pavle has been referred to by some as the "walking saint" based on his simple lifestyle and personal humility. All of the bishops of the Serbian Orthodox Church have cars, which they use to travel through their dioceses, except Pavle. When asked why he'd never owned a car, he replied: "I will not purchase one until every Albanian and Serbian household in Kosovo and Metohija has an automobile." Asked by foreign journalists about alleged Church support to the Greater Serbian project, Pavle answer:

So I say: if a Great Serbia should be held by committing crime, I would never accept it; may Great Serbia disappear, but to hold it by crime - no. If it were necessary to hold only a small Serbia by crime, I would not accept it. May small Serbia disappear, but to hold it by crime - no. And if there is only one Serb, and if I am that last Serb, to hold on by crime - I do not accept. May we disappear, but disappear as humans, because then we will not disappear, we will be alive in the hands of the living God.

SPC:"Napravite paradu ali koristite svoj novac!"

The Sprska Pravoslavna Crkva is always against the Pride Parade which is anti-Christian in the sense of preaching anti-morals and anti-family values. 

Serbian Orthodox Church have stated that they are against the Pride Parade, but also that its participants "have the right to parade, but only on their and their customers' expense."

"You have the right to make the Parade, but only at your own cost and expense of your principals, no matter how they are called, and both the cost for the organization of the Parade, and for security, but not at the expense of Serbia - bombed, destroyed, morally and economically crippled, impoverished, flooded, nailed to the pillory", it is said in the statement given by the Serbian Orthodox Church which was signed by Patriarch Irinej. 

"If the gay sexual orientation is justified and should be propagated, then why the same is not true for pedophilia, widespread in the Western world, as well as incest ... Why is their right less important than the so-called right of your sexual (dis) orientation" says the Serbian Orthodox Church. 

The Church also asks the participants of the Parade: "Are you so blinded by your lust and selfishness, that you do not mind putting the whole state apparatus in your service and imposing to it high and unjustifiable costs of organizing the Parade "

The organizers are truly blind! They only want selfishness, lust and spreading anti-Serbian values to the Serbian people that suffered a lot because of Western values and supposed Democracy. That is what Superman wants for EU ascencion, allowing the LGBT parade to push through. Bill Clinton and Barrack Hussein Obama are proud of the mayhem and anti-Serbian values being imposed to the Serbian people.

How Novak Đoković is truly a humanitarian

You may have heard of him. Either know his name in standard Engleski as Novak Djokovic or in Srpski Latinica as Novak Đoković, greatest tennis player of Serbia or one of the all time greats or a joker behinf the scenes or simply, the best. But have you heard of his humanitarian works in a small instance? Maybe not people knew but the Serbs are grateful to have this one of a kind person that continues to help the Serbs of Kosovo and as well as telling the world what is happening in his homeland, specifically the ignorance of BBC and CNN that never made a good coverage of the floods in Srbija.

Can someone recall how he was awarded the Order of St. Sava? Simple answer for that. Back in 2011, he was awarded by the Srpska Pravoslavna Crkva through Patrijarh Srpski Irinej for his assistance for the Serbs of Kosovo(as well as churches and monasteries) and love for the church. Can someone do those things even if they are no. 1 in tennis or any other sports? Can someone combine that nationalism with the love of God without being an extremist or allied with corrupt politicians?

He is no. 1 but he never lets his head become bigger. He is humble and somehow, a true person. One thing we can take from him is that, he is a true Serbian for he cares for the Kosovo Serbs. Well, i hope this article would awaken some athletes on their own country that sharing your wealth and disregarding political ambitions would help everyone and not just being a sports personality.

Patrijarh Irinej Kritike Vatikan

Well, some say that Patrijarh Irinej isn't true to the church like Patrijarh Vartolomej. Or these ecumenism topics. He is always there for the Serbian people regardless of all the criticisms he got. The reason why someone is elected a Patriarch is not because of needs but because he is what God truly chosen for the people's spiritual life. That is according to me. A direction for everyone is needed and not for supporting malevolent actions by some opportunists. If he is not true to his job as the Patriarch of the Serbian people, see what he has to say on the planned canonization of the war criminal Cardinal Alojzije Stepinac:

In an interview for Politika published in Sunday, SPC Patriarch Irinej said the announcements from the Vatican that Stepinac could be canonized by the end of the year came as “a great surprise” for the Serbian Orthodox dignitaries – “because in order for someone to be a saint, they must be a truly shining and holy personality and be accepted as such by other Christians.”

See! A true saint is recognized by other Christians to be at least an inspiration because of his Godly deeds or for the people. This things is not what you would hear from ecumenists. Ecumenists are always politically correct in the sense of religion. But this is what i heard and a stern warning as well to the Vatican not to canonize people that are involved in the persecution of the Srpska Narod during WWII by the Nezavisna Država Hrvatska and the Catholic Church itself to wipe out the Srpska Pravoslavna Crkva! This makes me shame more against my former Christian sect and any i will forever denounce this church that seeks to become a political institution rather than a true Christian church that more than a billion knew!

Danas Vidovdan

I will always remember this date. Vidovdan. It is not just the political celebration of the but also the Slava of St. Vitus as well and the memorial day of Saint Prince Lazar and his soldiers during their sacrificial battle at Kosovo.

Many events that occured coincidentally from the sacrifice at Kosovo to the Montenegrin independence happend all throughout history. If I would be asked why in the future, i would celebrate Vidovdan, one thing is what i would amswer. The feast day of Saint Prince Lazar according to the Srpska Pravoslavna Crkva, marked this day if the Julian Calendar would be used but if i prefer June 15, i may as well.

I may ask my Srpski prijatelji more when i get there to properly celebrate Vidovdan in honor of my future patron saint. Despite my turbulent week and emotional distress, i pray continually to God for Saint prince Lazar's intercession and to give me strength throught the many challenges that will unfold in my life. If there would be a one time i may visit Srbija, i hoped it will be Vidovdan week and go on a pilgrimage that will make me a strong person by heart. By all means, Vidovdan is not just a political but more on religious celebration as well. We have options but i will prefer the religious one.

May this day as a whole be a source of strength to the Serbian people and to those who looked upon their medieval heroics and spiritual strength all through out the years.

Kosovo i Ukrajina i Irak

Well, being a Christian is still becoming a martyr these days. That is what Christians do. Defend the faith via good character than to be a killer. For thousands of years, every Christian in the world are suffering from intolerance as well by means of fleeing their traditional homeland. As of the contemporary period, here are good examples of the American government causing the downfall of Christians elsewhere regardless of sect or continent or any means.

Kosovo-Bill Clinton using Kosovo as his escape route from the Monica Lewinsky scandal. Bombing the Serbian civies and enslaving the Kosovo Serbs by brainwashing the Kosovo Albanians is somehow disastrous for the Serbian Orthodox Church. After 1999, hundreds of monasteries and churches were destroyed by the Albanian colonialists as well as being tolerated by NATO while the Serb's rights were lost altogether.

Ukraine-American ambitions on Russian oil routes proved fatal not just politically but also on religion. Using also the Vatican's Uniate churches to cause harm on every religion in Eastern Ukraine. Another religious holocaust is happening there as well. Metropolitan Hilarion during thr Orthodox-Catholic dialogue in Minsk blamed the Uniates for causing this religious persecution. Which is exactly true. Don't lie but speak about the truth.

Iraq-During Saddam's Iraq, no terrorism occurred nor severe persecutions of Christians either Syriac Orthodox or Chaldean Catholics or Assyrian churches. Tariq Aziz, a Chaldean Catholic is under Saddam Hussein's cabinet. Of course it is not yet an Islamized government. When the world invaded Iraq during 2003, the religious strife became worse and worse. This 2014, the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant invaded 60% of Iraq and now is near Baghdad. Exodus of the historical Christian communities is one of the worst human disasters as of now.

Yet, all three have one thing in common. American imperialism is the cause of these heinous crimes and the greed for oil and other minerals. As we stand for their rights and their safety, let's pray for their safety and deliverance. May God protect them always and restore them to where they truly born, die and their descendants would live all through out.

What i am rooting for in the Orthodox church is the chants. When i go every time in a divine liturgy, i feel blessed and like in heaven. Heaven as what God promised to us before Pentecost. I was educated in a Catholic school and knew the bible well even if i know only major ones. Since i knew the Orthodox church, i listened to an Arab orthodox at first. Then, Greek and Russian ones. I appreciated it but when i knew Serbian ones, i grow to like more every Orthodox chanting. It is sacred and what God taught us. It is not just by what us humans made but how God wanted to be represented always.

There is one saying, "life is nothing without music". This is not an exception, even in the very conservative Eastern orthodox church. It happened that everytime i listened to these chants, God is with me. Here in Japan, i know some keywords although i forgot it's exact verse since it is in Nihonggo and i am on a copycat mode often. Despite that i am a copycat if it not English, it is already on my heart. Everyone knows i am not a pseudo-Orthodox but an orthodox by heart and rooting for every single day that i can go there on a limited basis till my freedom comes.

I only know the Serbians ones as "Gospode Pomiluj" or "Blagosloven jesi Gospode" or easier ones. Every time i use my Youtube application on my iphone, i search for "srpska pravoslavna duhovna muzika" and there are a lot of videos. Maybe one day, i will be able to memorize the Srpski ones but also, Japanskog, Grčki and Ruski ones. Always remember, by memorizing every chants and prayers, it is like your heart is rooting for God and no one else and it is also a prayer in motion. No selfishness but expression of the heart for God. Nothing but his glory and our forgiveness.

Why i am using Srpski exonyms

This is not a secret to most people who knew me so well and countless Serbs that see my pro-Serbian stance all through out this year and as early as 2010. I am frank that i display the three fingers anytime(political and religious sign of the cross), speak a little bit Serbian(the ones i knew well), trying to memorize the anthem "God of Justice" and everything Serbian.

My name in Facebook is Pavle Lazar Garsijanović. I used those name since it has a meaning as well. Pavle is the Serbian of Paulo, my real name(Paulo Rafael), Lazar is the Serbian of Lazarus, and the name of the Saint-Prince that fought in the battle of Kosovo, 1389 and the saint i am rooting for and asking for God's intercession through his prayers. Garsijanović is the Serbianized form of my surename Garcia but i added it with the suffix "-vić" which means the son of or from the family. I joked about the fact that, i want to make a new Serbian clan named "Garsijanovići", the only foreign-born Serbian clan that has Filipino, Japanese and Spanish roots. But i wish that my children be taught of English, Serbian and Japanese at an early age, learn how to practice the faith and Serbian identity well and know Japanese culture as well.

And on my wallet, i am hiding from my parents, Serbian mini icons of Isus Hristos, Bogorodice and other saints in the Orthodox church. Guess that, i am really a foreign born Serbian by heart. Although some people have been a Serbophile, i am in a different way though. I hoped this articles of mine be looked upon by Radio Televizija Srbije or Russia Today to show what kind of a country is that small Balkan country that struggles after 1999 but will be resilient and will fight for their freedom.

When people would ask me, i say that i don't know why i became a pro-Serbian activist. Which is true and, i won't lie more. I am using Serbian version of names of everyone including my friends. And another thing, i am distancing myself from my Filipino or Brazilian workmates that use Portuguese or Filipino greetings instead of just English. When someone speaks Portuguese to me, i will speak Serbian so that they would not know what i want to tell them because most of them don't know English. If to my fellow Filipinos, using Nihonggo instead of English or Filipino, i would express myself in Serbian. Too nosebleed for them though, izvinite me.

So everyone, when you would want to know more about my pro-Serbian stance, ask me. Don't be shy. I will be nice. I didn't included some of my views but feel free to have a debate.

"Neo-fascism divides the Ukrainian and Russian Brothers"-Mitropolit Amfilohije

"the spirit of neo-fascism rose from the grave" and that attempts were made to "divide the brothers in Ukraine and Russia with the sown seeds of hatred." 

 

Metropolitan Amfilohije made an address about the continuing divide and conquer method by NATO in Ukraine. Why? He knew those tactics used also on his country during the 1999 bombing of Serbia. Here are his words during the time he was able to mention:

 

"the spirit of neo-fascism rose from the grave" and that attempts were made to "divide the brothers in Ukraine and Russia with the sown seeds of hatred."  

"the biggest mistake of the modern Russian government and Vladimir Putin was the return to Orthodoxy, which is worse than the Islamic terrorism that appears in the east."(About the Swedish official Carl Bildt who made such disgrace statements about Orthodoxy)

"In the name of such ideas people are once again being burned alive, as they were previously by fascism, and by neo-fascism today. In the mirror of this horrible truth is also the statement of Rasmussen, NATO's secretary in Europe, that the bombing of Serbia and Montenegro and the destruction of Kosovo was done by Europe and America to defend Kosovo from genocide."

 

"That was a continuation of genocide, just as was the case in Odessa, based on the principle of divide and conquer," said the SPC metropolitan, and concluded that "if this is the path to freedom, democracy and human rights... then it's a sign that 'demoncracy' is starting to rule the world."  

"the chiefs of Montenegro are in this way pushing a cinder into the burning of living people in Odessa."

 

So, he criticizes not just NATO but the Montenegrin leaders that joined NATO in Russian sanctions and giving the green light to kill Russian-Ukrainians in Odessa which, i saw as an act of treason by Ukrainian soldiers brainwashed by NATO, IMF and EU geopolitical ambitions.

Kudos to Mitropolit Amfilohije for voicing his views openly and not letting history try to repeat itself.

My faith

As many of you know, i am still Roman catholic. But i desire to be an Eastern Orthodox Christian. What brings me to that faith is something unsual. It doesn't even concern my current views, making myself a proponent of Christian unity only through the Eastern Orthodox Patriarchs.

When i was around grade school, i am reading some almanacs around the letter B. And then some pages were torn or couldn't be recognized by my young eyes. Yet, i came to the page were the Byzantine Empire section was located. It enchanted me when i saw icons of Christ, religious relics, icons and of course, the downfall of Constantinople. It made me become curious more about Christianity. During a holy week, i asked dad what is Eastern orthodox church and he anwsered: ''just another false church''. Yet, i was hungry for the truth. These time, in High School, i am reading something about the byzantine Empire and Greek history. I stumbled upon that faith that made me curious and search for what is the origin of Christianity. Since that day, i wanted to know it till i saw that church was just 30 minutes away from home via a jeep and another 5 minutes for a motorcycle ride. As i went there, i saw that church i longed for, went inside and asked questions amongst the two priests(one returned to Greece) and i felt my faith got revived. When i returned home, i told my older sisters i want to be an Orthodox. It met strong criticism from my family clan(Garcia's of Paranaque descending from Spanish-Filipino through my paternal grandfather and Japanese through my paternal grandmother) especially from my parents when they were able to talk to me via yahoo messenger. Since that day, dad cannot forgive me because he is a strong Roman Catholic and most Filipino Roman catholics think that any Christian sect outside of RC and Mainstream Protestantism is like a cult or nonsense. Since i am optimistic those days, i had many icons blessed, a priest gave me prayer books and he taught me good things and told me to be careful of other things that is why i am aware even on my own family. Yet, when i went to Japan and left my icons and other church paraphernalia there, i thought my faith would get stagnated and if my parents would have a vacation, the will dispose my holy icons of Lazar, Isus Hristos, Bogorodice(Bogorodica Ljeviška) and some incense which they did. Since that day, i am secretive if my plans to pursue what God wants for me to discover.

Currently, i am attending divine liturgies, vespers, matins, complines or simply going there and praying to God for forgiveness and help for my future challenges. I know it will not be a secret one day but when i get that freedom, i will practice my faith to the fullest. I assure everyone.
